5 things that zap creativity are: surveillance, evaluation, rewards, pressure, and competition. These are all judgements. Invent a comfortable and inviting vehicle to transport the judges to a faraway place.
The judges would be departing on flight #13 to the Bermuda Triangle. I'd use every way to manipulate it so that they'd have a unlucky adventure. Getting flight #13 to fly to the Triangle was treacherous; hopefully worth the results.
"I don't believe I saw this in my program," the pompous judge with the old-fashioned gold chained watch barks. "Do you not know what is going on? The incompetence!"
"I agree," says the second judge with the red eyes, "are you unable to make a clear schedule? How did this mistake occur?"
"Idiot, dreamer..."
"Flight #13," the speaker blares. I manage to keep a tight smile on my face. As real as a genuine copy. Finally, they've boarded. They're on. They're gone. I can now breathe.
